What to include

• The game's name.
• Your device and its system version, for example "iPhone 15, iOS 26.1" or "Pixel 8, Android 16".
• The game's version, shown in its settings.
• What happened, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.

Your progress

Our games save your progress on your device. We don't keep a copy, so we can't restore progress after a game is deleted or a device is lost or reset. Your device's own backup (iCloud or Google) may include it.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple or Google Play.
